Pressure Cooker Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce



Indulge in the savory goodness of pressure cooker pulled pork with a rich barbecue sauce. This easy recipe guarantees tender and flavorful results in no time!

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder, boneless
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions:

Put cumin, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar in a small bowl

Mix the spices together to make a dry rub

Make sure the pork shoulder is evenly covered with the spice mix by rubbing it on

Get the pressure cooker hot, and brown the pork all over

Put chicken broth in the pressure cooker and make sure the lid is tight

For about 90 minutes, or until the pork is soft, cook on high pressure

After letting the pressure go down on its own, take the pork out of the cooker

Use two forks to shred the pork, and throw away any extra fat

BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard should all be mixed together in a different bowl

Mix the barbecue sauce and pork shreds together
