Baconless Breakfast Burrito



Savor a mouthwatering breakfast burrito sans bacon! This vegetarian version is wrapped in a warm tortilla and stuffed with colorful bell peppers, onions, and fluffy scrambled eggs. This is a simple, quick breakfast that's great for on-the-go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Salsa for garnish

Instructions:

A nonstick skillet should be heated to medium heat

Whisk the eggs, diced onions, diced bell peppers, salt, and pepper in a bowl

After adding the egg mixture to the hot skillet, scramble it until it is fully cooked

Spread the shredded cheese over half of the tortilla that has been placed on a clean surface

Over the cheese, spoon the mixture of scrambled eggs

Cover the cheese and eggs with the folded tortilla

After folding it again, place it back in the skillet and cook it for a few more minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown

Take it off the stove and allow it to cool a little before slicing it in half

For extra taste, serve with salsa on the side

Vintage 99 Label Wine Pairing



A succulent filet mignon and a vintage 99 label wine go great together, making for a memorable meal. The rich flavors of the steak go well with the wine's notes, making a harmonious symphony for your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Vintage 99 Label wine
  • 1 lb of filet mignon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F 200C

Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat

Sear the filet mignon on each side for 2 minutes until browned

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness

Remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the filet mignon to a plate

Let it rest for 5 minutes

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms

Saut until mushrooms are tender

Stir in butter and chopped parsley until butter is melted and ingredients are combined

Serve the filet mignon topped with the mushroom sauce alongside a glass of Vintage 99 Label wine

3-Ingredient Apple Cake Parfait



A simple and tasty apple cake parfait made with only three ingredients. The flavors of Greek yogurt and moist apple cake go well together.

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the cake mix to get the oven ready

Do what it says on the box to make the cake batter

Add the apple dices to the cake batter and mix them in

Put the batter in a baking dish that has been greased and bake it as directed on the package

Break the cake up into little pieces after it's cool

Put Greek yogurt on top of the crumbled cake in glasses or bowls that will be used for serving

Do this again and again until the glasses are full

Add more diced apples on top as a garnish

Enjoy! Serve cold

Make-and-Freeze Mushroom Pasta Sauce



This vegan mushroom pasta sauce is rich, flavorful, and perfect for making in large batches to freeze for later use. It's a versatile sauce that pairs well with various pasta shapes and can be customized with your favorite herbs and spices.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, saut until softened, about 3-4 minutes

Add sliced mushrooms, cook until they release their juices and start to brown, about 5-6 minutes

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, and dried basil

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens

Let the sauce cool completely before transferring it into freezer-safe containers or bags

Label the containers with the date and freeze for up to 3 months

To use, thaw the sauce overnight in the refrigerator and reheat on the stove or in the microwave
